For example - October boxes ship beginning the first week of October. If you order by September 25, you've ordered in time for the October box! If you ordered after midnight EST on September 25h, your box will be the December box (which ships beginning the first week of December).
I ordered my first box by the cutoff date of the 25th. When will my box come?
You'll get the next month's box as your first one. (For example: Order by September 25th to get the October box.)

If you ordered after the cutoff date of the 25th, you'll get the box after that. (For example, order after the cutoff day of September 25th, and your first box is the December box, which begins shipping the first week of December)*

Your Black Cats Club membership auto renews on the 5th every two months.
We’ll automatically charge the billing method you have on file and renew you for another Black Cats Club Box. Once your plan renews, you are locked in for that box.
This renewal schedule enables us to provide you with the best products and service.
Please make any changes to your account (skip a month, cancel, etc.) by the 4th of each month so there is time for the changes to process.. You can do that on your account page.
We use Stripe as the payment processor.
Stripe is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of certification for payment processors. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a set of security standards established by major card brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
